BlockLend Ventures Capital – General Lending Terms

1. Loan Issuance

BlockLend Ventures Capital provides digital asset loans (including USDT) subject to approval. Each loan is governed by a specific Loan Confirmation outlining the loan amount, interest rate, term, and repayment schedule.

2. Repayment Obligations

Borrowers agree to repay the full principal and all applicable interest by the maturity date specified in the Loan Confirmation. All repayments must be made to the official wallet address designated by BlockLend Ventures Capital.

3. Default & Remedies

Failure to repay the loan on time may result in late fees, immediate acceleration of the full outstanding balance, and liquidation of any pledged collateral. BlockLend Ventures Capital reserves the right to pursue legal recovery where necessary.

4. Compliance & Risk Disclosure

Borrowers confirm that all funds used are lawful and comply with applicable AML/KYC regulations. Digital asset transactions are irreversible and subject to market volatility. Borrowers are solely responsible for the security of their wallets.

5. Amendments & Governing Law

BlockLend Ventures Capital reserves the right to update or modify its lending terms at any time. The applicable version of the terms shall be those in effect at the time a Loan Confirmation is issued. All agreements shall be governed by the applicable laws of the designated jurisdiction.
